CASIR DOS SANTOS

Viña Maipú Winery, with over 100 years of history in Argentine winemaking, was the chosen winery to bring the project to life. Founded in 1862, it is one of the oldest operating wineries in Mendoza.

And so, Casir dos Santos was born. A winery where the nobility of its century-old history coexists with the imprint of a team that contributes professionalism, creativity, and passion.

The winery was modernized and today stands as a true example of science and technology at the service of the noblest of beverages, helping it preserve the purest essence with the explosion or character that humans can impart to it.

Casir dos Santos was conceived as a declaration of principles, a personal commitment. The pact was: “We will make the best possible wine, caring for every step, leaving no variable to chance.
