Project Description

MASTRI VINAI

The name represents a story made up of names of lands and above all names of people, who with the sweat of their brow and the fatigue of their hands have made a tradition that has now become almost secular. The Rizzello family’s wine business dates back to 1920.

CHARDONNAY
Yellow with bright green hues. Intense fruity.
Citrus notes of cedar and ripe apricot.
Soft, fruity, dense, the result of an important maturity supported by a hot and dry climate.

ROSATO
Intense pink coral. Explosion of freshness and young fruit, with balsamic note.
Well balanced, aromatic and mellow.
The natural sweetness is tempered by a good residual acidity.
Slide MASTRI VINAI
NEGROAMARO
Red with intense rubies.
The ‘leit-motif’ is always the same: intense bouquet of berries, cherries and sour
cherries (Negroamaro), but also floral and herbaceous notes.
Tannins and the residual acidity are mitigated by a pleasant softness and roundness.
Good body and balance.

NERO DI TROIA
Bright, ruby red colour.
Cherries with spicy hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
The taste is soft, enveloping and good tannins.

PRIMITIVO
Ruby red with delicate garnet hints.
The mineral scents create a delicate intersection with the cherry, black cherry and plum;
flowers and spices close in a final with great olfactory persistence.
Ripe fruit resting on firm tannins. Well measured acid sinew.
Primitivo is mature and shows its gentler side: dominates with its softness and is present
with discretion and class thanks to its renowned strength and structure.
