Turaco

Turaco is a beautiful bird that is found in South Africa. In Africa, it is affectionately known as the Loerie.

The Western Cape at the southern tip of the African continent has a winemaking tradition dating back centuries. The ideal soils and climate of this region allows for growing of grapes with good fruit concentration and rich flavour.

Turaco wines are made from selected Cape grapes which are traditionally unified into wines with great character by our cellermaster, each reflecting its roots in the African soil.
