Gallop Wines are crafted by the De Wet Family, whose ancestors arrived at the Cape of Good Hope in 1693. For generations, their twin passions – breeding champion recehorses and making fine
wine – have shaped their lives and their land.

Nestled in the Western Cape, their vineyards flourish in rich, calcarous soils that produce fruit-driven grapes of exceptional concentration and character. Each wine is vinified traditionally under the watchful eye of the cellar master, resulting in wines that celebrate the legacy of these champions.
